Policies

Before your appointment is confirmed a deposit of $25 will be required to secure your appointment. The amount will be applied to the service price upon completion of service. If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel with a 24 hour notice, the deposit will not be returned. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment a no show fee of 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file and an additional  $25 deposit will be required to reschedule.

I understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. I ask that you give a 24 hour notice so I can adjust my schedule to accommodate for  my other clients. In the event that you do not give a 24 hour notice 100% of the service charge will apply.

I reserve the right to charge 100% of the service for those who are a no show to the appointment or cancel within less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment to the card on file. In order to reschedule a $25 deposit will also be required.

Please arrive to your lash appointment with clean lashes.
(free of make up/mascara, eyeshadow, creams, moisturizer, etc. around the eyes) 

Lash Refills require that you have 50% or more of lashes or a new set will be required.

All new lash sets are guaranteed for 72 hours if you are having major fallout. After 72 hours any fills or new sets needed will be charged accordingly.

No refunds for services or booking will be given. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service please communicate with me so that we can resolve any issues.
